Universes of Imagination™ - Adventures

Yep, I missed reporting the session before last and it is already just a couple a days from our next session! With all that has happened in my own life over the last couple of weeks, I'm not sure how good a reporter I am going to be, either.

What I can report is that the Sea Princes Island will be left behind this coming session—everyone breathe a sigh of relief—and we have a bunch of new characters.

Kaputa has been busy destroying the island. His best move has been to transform into a black pudding and run himself into a blade stuck in the deck—multiple times. I think there are about fourteen Kaputa black puddings doing damage to the ship at the moment.

There are several clumps of our people on the island, still, including several new characters. Two are busy fighting off savage, wirebound humanoids; Orius and Sir Justin are fighting off their own band of creatures; Marcus has variously helped Orius and Sir Justin, gone wandering found a winged lion who is now helping Orius and Sir Justin, and found yet another humanoid who looks set to join the party! Oh, and the winged lion… he is now carving words into dead bodies to communicate with Orius. Turns out he is intelligent. Finally, Faza'a, briefly, was on the island. He followed the 'call' and found a blind centaur, an ancient member of his his tribe. This centaur was a seer and told Faza'a the following,

Follow the zealous one and the world will be saved for either tyranny or freedom but our people will be lost for ever. Follow the melodious one and the fate of the world is shadowed but our people will have a destiny sung unto the ages and the worlds.

Faza'a then headed back to the ships, killing a few wirebound savages and dire sharks on the way. However, he did lose a leg… what is it about centaurs and dire sharks? The centaurs seem to always lose a leg!

The party members on the Sea Wyvern and the Crimson Fleet vessel have been busy getting everything back in order. The Crimson Fleet ship has been carefully searched and the Sea Wyvern has sailed gingerly the few feet to the side of the other ship. They are now moored together under the bright starlight of this beautiful night awaiting the return of the rest of the party.

And then the adventure will continue. What will this next session bring?
